Who says,
"You can't take it with you?"
If you're always on the go, a laptop is for you. Instant access personal files when
traveling is the best convenience. Writing an email in advance and sending when a phone
line is available is an efficient use of time. Recently, I put the last finishing touches
on a term paper while in class, and then printed it on my portable printer without batting
an eye. While updating my business database, my complete MP3 collection is available for a
little background music. Or what about playing solitare in the park? And you
know you still play solitaire every once in a while.
Even if you're not always on the go, a laptop is still for you. Why waste precious desk
space with a bulky desktop computer? Surf the net in the laundry room while washing a
load. If you don't have a laptop, why not "get one for the road? |
